Quick Draw Payroll is a family owned full-service payroll organization focused on supporting Bandera, Medina, and the greater San Antonio area with payroll, business consulting, and general tax services. Kevin: President/CEO
Kevin was born in Houston, Texas and raised in San Antonio. He graduated Cum Laude from MacArthur HS in 1998. After high school, Kevin received both academic and athletic scholarships at Brewton Parker College where he played soccer and received his Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) in Computer Information Science graduating with the Magna Cum Laude designation. After graduation in 2003, he was accepted into the MBA program at Georgia Southern University where he received his Masters of Business Administration in Accounting.
After graduation, Kevin accepted a position with PriceWaterhouseCoopers helping organizations with their public company compliance requirements by auditing information systems and helping companies understand the risk and impact that each of their systems had on their overall risk profile. In 2008, Kevin began working for Porter Keadle Moore, LLP, a regional accounting firm that focused on financial services companies and community banking. Kevin supported his clients by identifying key risk areas and helping organizations create risk management plans that supported their regulatory compliance risk as well as internal business risks. He helped design business processes and implement management controls to ensure the risk of error or fraud was reduced to a manageable level. After two years with Porter Keadle Moore, Kevin moved on to Protiviti, a global consulting firm that was born from the Internal Audit arm of the infamous Arthur Andersen LLP. Here he gained vast experience supporting organizations with evaluating spend and vendor risk, assessing processes and implementing automated solutions to support cost reduction and revenue generation. In 2016 Kevin and his sister Katherine purchased Quick Draw to help bring his experience to support the business owners of Bandera.

Katherine: Vice-President/CFO
Katherine is a Native Texan having grown up in the San Antonio area most of her life. She attended MacArthur high school before transferring due to a family move to Hawaii. There she met her husband Adam and they have been married for 17 years. Katherine has been in the bookkeeping profession since 2003 when her and Adam returned to the hill country where she started working as a bookkeeper with a local air conditioning company in Bulverde TX. In 2006, Katherine and her husband were transferred to Kansas where she worked as a bookkeeper for one of the local air conditioning and plumbing companies in Manhattan.
Katherine graduated in 2014 (Summa Cum Laude) with her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Colorado Technical University and in 2017, she graduated with her Master’s in Accounting from the same university. She moved to Bandera, TX right after receiving her undergraduate degree and immediately started working at Quick Draw Payroll performing corporate and personal tax returns, company payroll, and bookkeeping services for her clients.
In 2016, Katherine and Kevin purchased Quick Draw Payroll. Her qualifications consist of a BS and MS in accounting, and she is recognized by the IRS as an official tax preparer.
